Traveling Turkey Day

Up early this morning to catch our flight to Baltimore. We were all excited. Waking up at 4am is nothin when you wake up everyday at 5am.

Security was exciting as always. Shortcut for babies is nice because we still took forever to empty out everything test Kyle’s milk, inspect our toes and shampoo. I did somehow manage to super-stealth-style sneak past baby scissors & nail clippers. Only realized this when Kyle fell asleep on plane and I went to start cutting her nails without thinking! Oooops clearly I don’t fly a lot.

Clearly all this super sneakiness wore Kyle out.

The flight was as scheduled and Kyle handled beautifully–slept, played, made lots of people smile. Camden could barely contain his excitement–screaming Baltimore everytime it was announced. Then with nearly as much enthusiasm he wanted to be off the plane, out of his seatbelt (during turbulence), standing up by the window, etc. Boy were these parents glad to arrive and not so glad we were the absolute last row.
